Tenant 2026 Annual Recertification
If you currently live in a BMR Apartment in Mountain View, you need to complete your annual recertification for 2026. Below, you will find resources and information to help you through the process. Gather your documentation, and upload all items into your www.myhousekeys.com file cabinet by April 3, 2026, Midnight.

List of Documents You need to Submit by April 3, 2026 (midnight).
1. Update your Member Profile at www.MyHouseKeys.com
Log in and confirm that all household information is current and accurate.
2. Income Documentation
Most recent 3 months of pay stubs, consecutive
If self-employed: Year-to-date Profit & Loss statement along with Schedule C, one for each business (do not combine them).
Award letters for Social Security, pension, disability, or any other benefits
3. Financial Statements
Most recent 3 months of statements for all accounts, all pages (checking, savings, retirement, investment accounts, Cash Apps, All–PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash, etc.)
4. Tax Returns
Copies of the last two years of signed federal tax returns, all schedules, all pages, including W-2 and 1099 forms
Other Forms you will need:
Exhibit A – Please complete this form if you need to explain any deposits.
Exhibit B – Please complete this form if any household member currently has no income and does not expect to have income within the next 12 months, notarized.
Exhibit C – This form may be used to provide any additional information or explanations regarding your household situation or finances.
